The boat is �child proof� and �accident proof� in that it cannot be activated and run unless it is in the water. The propellers cannot be turned on inadvertently and be ruined. For convenience it has a 2 Channel Pistol Grip Radio Controller and can run for up to six minutes on one two-hour charge. It is powered by a 7.2V 900 AH NI-MH battery which comes with a wall charger. The remote operates on eight �AA� batteries (not included).
