Ah yes, the BBs can be tricky. You're not going to believe this, but at the top, where you can open the latch and turn the red button on and off (that turns on and off shooting of the turret) you can actually drop BBs down there! You'll see a small little ramp. Make sure you put enough in to get it shooting and have a blast! Feel free to check back if you have any more questions.

Hi, got one of these for my son. It sounds dumb but I can't find where to load the BBs it shows the forward turret on the left but when I lift that it just comes off in my hand and there is a small hole not big enough for any BBs. can you assist please?
