Dear Customer Service I called your company last week and talked to CHARLENE and felt i had to send a email and tell you she was the best customer service rep i have ever talked to. I had a problem and she took care of it and she was so kind to me, you see i am a disabled vet and i don't get out much because of my health, it's like a night out on the town when i get to go to the VA to get my treatments, and i am a pilot and i only fly my plane about 3 times a year just to keep my fuel fresh, and i don't have but two friends because of my mood swings from P.T.S.D. So what i trying to say is i talk to much sometimes because of these things, and most people just want to hurry up and get me off the phone and sometimes they are just plain rude, like right now, you might be thinking, shut up and get to the point. Well my point is, Charlene was so kind to me and knew what she was doing, and i have never talked to a customer service rep as good as she was, she was outstanding, i just don't know how else to say it other than she is a keeper, and you should give her a pay raise because customer service reps can make ya or break ya. Most people do not do call back if they are not treated right on the phone, i was really hurting that day and was depressed and trying to recover from my last mini stroke and she made my day, she restored my faith in human kindness, and that means a lot to me because there is not much of that any more. I purchased a boat in Dec. 2008 and it was damaged in transit. After speaking with Cisco and Llyod it was replaced and I was a very satisfied customer. We live in N. Y. so it was too cold to test out the boat so we awaited better weather for our launch. Well the day finally came and the transmitter didn't work. So I spoke to Cisco and Robert and they shipped me out a new transmitter no questions asked. Well 2 days after my transmitter arrived off we went to try it out. Finally after 3 months we had a chance to try out our boat, well it didn't work like it should, my 8 yr. old was really disappointed as was I. I called you guys back and spoke to Cisco who was just fantastic. Even after I had called him a a**hole 2 weeks earlier for not sending me a tracking # and for doubting that my transmitter was even shipped. He agreed to ship me out a new boat and I agreed to send back the defective one. I would just like to say that I can't even put a # on a scale of 1-10 for the kind of service I received today almost 3 months after my purchase. The only word that can desribe the service that I have gotten is PRICELESS. I don't know who reads these testimonals but these guys who have been helping me have been outstanding individuals who should be commended for the way they took care of this customer. They were courteous, understanding and listened to all of the problems I had. Your company has the best customer care people that I have ever dealt with in my entire life bar none!!!! To whom it may concern, My name is Mike Davis. I have been shopping online for a nice heli on the Internet for sometime. I have a blade cx2 and was wanting something more. I came across your site and got interested in a honeybee king 2. So naturally i called and talked to Sisco (I hope thats close enough for you to tell who i am talking about) about it. He was super nice and seemed to know your products well and kinda tried to lean me toward the belt cp. which is cool i respect peoples honesty. i continued shopping the net and came across a site that had the hbk2 and then i saw an exceed g2 which I had decided thats what I wanted. So started interneting it again and had noticed that there are multiple site that have the same phone number and online support guys. Which i thought was very shaddy to begin with let alone DIFFERANT prices for same heli. So i Started looking for a different site to get a exceed by the way which was $200.00 shipped. Then i remembered how i was treated by Sisco and what he was telling me about the belt cp. I got back on your site and found that the cp was cheaper shipped. So I again called Sisco and he proceeded to tell me more about the cp and features and i learned that the belt cp had more of what i wanted. We hung up and I thought about it for a couple of days and decided to see how the online support was compared to the other sites I had been to. So I got and and in no time(i had waited for like 20 min on others) i was talking to Robert who was also very nice and answered all my questions. Needless to say when my freind Doug bought my truck the cp was ordered from your site that day. I again called and got Sisco again and again was very nice and actually remembered talking to me which I was impressed with and changed the email to send the trackin info to. I just got my heli today from you and I have got to say that with out a doubt that was the best desision to make it is beautiful and I owe it to Sisco and his friendliness and honestly. I want to say thanks for the phenomenal customer service I received from everyone at xenonproject.com for the prompt response and help I that was extended to me. I recently purchased an esky Belt CP and when I received it there was a dead rudder servo. I immediately contacted customer support through email to report the defect and shortly after got a reply. They told me to give them the part number and they would send me a new one. Well I replied with the requested info and within 30 minutes I had gotten another email from them stating that they had just shipped me a new servo. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and highly recommend these guys to everyone. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Hello I just recently purchased a E-sky Belt CP for your company. I opted to take advantage of your free shipping offer I was not expecting it to get here so fast. I placed my order late Monday night December 15, 2008, to my surprise i received it on Friday December 19, 2008. I was amazed not only did my package arrive promptly but when i received it the package was in great condition (i know that does have to do with just you but it shows that you got it to the shipping company carefully.) my only complaint is that the main spur gear had been stripped, from my experience it looks like a manufacturer's defect. When i called your customer service line i was promptly greeted by a very professional man (unfortunately i did not get his name). I explained what i found and he was quick to apologize and send me another one without all those stupid questions most suppliers ask (did you leave it by a heat source, did you charge the battery while it was in the Helli etc.....) Not sure if this is the correct place to leave praise, but Im doing it here anyway (lol). I have yet to recieve the Backdraft 8E cars I ordered yet. Howver, I must say I am extremely impressed with your site and your staff. My order should be here any day now :). I am just getting into the "RC" thing. I decided to get a set of cars for me and my 12 year old son for X-mas this year so we can have some needed bonding with each other while doing something fun. My first order was a set of nitro cars online from "Another Place". When they arived (they were cheapies) they ran for about 10 minutes before having all kinds of problems... ie... running issues, broken parts after slightly bumping into things. My Nitro car experience has driven me far, far, far away from having any kind of gas powered rc cars. I have had two seperate shippments of parts from the previous company to try and revive my internet purchas. to date I must say I GIVE UP!!!. Now that I have had at least a little experience with the "real" type of rc cars (in other words, Non Toys-R-Us) I decided to research a bit more carefully. Not wanting to spend rediculouse amounts of money for the "Pro Race Type" I searched the internet as well as going down to my local hobby stores. Let me tell you how much of an experience that was. I dont frequent Hobby Stores much, but with the way I was treated I wont be any time soon either. They were rude, and more pushy than a used car salesman. After explaining that I had no Idea about the RC cars, then feeding them Information about what I had seen and learned over the world wide web, I was treated like an idiot, told not to buy anything off the internet, told that they would not even deal with me for repairs or help if it was not bought threw them, etc... etc... This is enough to make someone not want to get into the hobby at all. But Then... There was this bright shining light... An Omen... O.K. maybe not, Possibly a little over the top there. I found your site, purchased a set of cars I had been researching . I know they are not pro quality, but Im also not paying pro prices. My son and I are merely weekend yard eaters with these things. Any way, back on toppic. Your site was easy to navigate, Prices were the cheapest on the web (for my picK of cars) and the checkout was a breeze. a few days later I had questions about my shipping as well as future replacement parts (Ill need them for sure). I contacted your company via your 'online Chat" and had a wonderfull experience with "Kevin" . He answered all of my questions, was fast to respond, and I could sense some humore in his responses (ex. ha,ha,ha, responses) which is rare these days. Humor is definately needed nowadays, waaaay to much depression lately.
