Upon first inspection the battery is pretty standard. It isn't really till you start working into the battery that it's flaws become evident. Lightning Power delivers a cheaply [*]-made battery with terminals that were poorly glued on, overheating issues, and in my case - can actually ignite if used too much. They're good if you're broke or don't care, but if you want consistent flight-time, reliability in manufacturing, and the security of knowing your battery won't ignite if your luck's bad that day? I'd look elsewhere.
